Contractor Club Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Contractor Club is a free program offered by Centennial Glass to qualifying contractors (herein referred to as “club members” or “members”) in order to provide club members with a 15% discount on designated materials, as well as to offer project support to club members.

Members cannot represent themselves as agents, subcontractors, or employees of Centennial Glass. Membership is a privilege and a gratuity and may be revoked by Centennial Glass at any time, for any reason or no reason. Accordingly, terms of the Contractor Club may be changed at any time in Centennial Glass’ exclusive discretion.

Membership does not imply granting of credit. This must be done through the credit application process.

Contractor Eligibility

Contractors must be:

a resident of Canada;
in business more for than one (1) year; and either

provide proof of incorporation or business registration; or
if sole proprietorship, provide three (3) client references and three (3) supplier references.

Continued eligibility is conditioned on the willingness and ability to follow the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Discount Rules

Only the club member and one (1) designated alternative representative are eligible for the 15% member discount. Purchases must be paid in full and membership card must be presented to complete the transaction. Club member discount may not be available on all products, and conditions may apply to certain eligible purchases. Use of the member card to obtain a discount constitutes continued and ongoing consent to the terms and conditions of the Contractor Club.

Communication

Members agree to be sent emails and/or text messages concerning special promotions.
