Serving the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, we specialize in custom glass showers, windows and doors, patio doors, closet doors, over-the-counter glass fabrication, polishing, and installation services.

Sales Manager

The Role

As our Sales & Service Manager, you’ll be at the center of it all—leading the Sales and Service team and playing a key role in the success of every department. You’ll oversee the showroom team, support the installation scheduler, and ensure clear communication across the board. Success here is about listening, learning, pivoting when needed, and driving progress—together.

What You’ll Do
• Lead, coach, and support the showroom sales team
• Quote and sell windows, doors, custom showers, mirrors, and hardware
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting
• Support installation scheduling and operational coordination
• Ensure seamless communication between front and back of house
• Collaborate with all departments to drive performance
• Be present in the showroom Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) and rotate Saturdays (9am–4pm, with a weekday off). 8-10 Saturday’s max but you get that mid-week day off which is Gold!! Golf, Shopping, peace & quiet, and all the errands you can’t do Sat and Sun.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive team environment

Who You Are
• Experienced in Windows & Doors, Sealed Units, and/or Glass & Glazing (Bonus if you’ve got all three!)

Please do not apply unless you have real industry experience:
Selling, installing, or estimating windows, doors, railings, custom glass showers, mirror, or all things glass. Commercial estimating for a glass company? That counts too.

We’re expanding our commercial offerings, and if you bring the right experience and mindset, you might be the perfect fit. Minimum 5 years in the industry is required.

Who You’ll Work With

Everyone—all the time! You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, the Install Crew, and Support Staff. But you’ll also have the direct support of the Owner, VP, Operations Manager, and Accounting Manager, we’ve got your back.

Oh, and don’t worry—we won’t make you work the BBQ at the summer party… unless you really want to.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: Highly competitive, based on experience (Starting from $72,000 based on experience)
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses
• Vacation: 3 weeks starting vacation
• Retirement Plan: DPS/RSP with employee contribution and company matching up to $3,000/year after one year of service
