An Extension of the General Contractor’s Team

We are respectful of the leadership and we work for the G.C. and the other trades .. regardless of Union or Non-union we’re all on the same team .. to get the job done professionally and on time and on budget.

Our tradesmen on site comply with safety and regulations – they’re on time and ready to perform their duty. The LH communicate what they’re doing .. they keep daily work logs and we are there to help the entire project get finished. That’s our end goal –

Our onsite installers are one of the main reasons we have repetitive customers .. key to long term longevity of working in the glass and glazing trade is not holding up substantial completions and getting work done so we don’t hold up jobs..

Our men are journeymen that have experience in the trade and they’ve been with the company a long time, so our partners know if they have worked with Cody, Paul or Dave, they’re getting the same quality from start to finish and we keep our men on the same job to avoid errors, miscommunication and consistency throughout the workflow process.

Key to running a smooth project is communication – consistency from beginning to end and accountability – The LH is the site keeper from start to finish and we take responsibility for our work and quality control.

A lot of it is relationship driven.. trust – competency and organized and articulating the level of organization and how you manage the project with clarity along the way.. from accuracy in measuring the job, providing shop drawings quickly and professionally, and then communicating supply and installation times regularly so site managers can plan and schedule their trades. We look for contractors that meet this specification and we seek out partners to perform work that have the same objectives and goals as we do. We don’t allow our people to arrive late to site, unprepared, or to set out to do a sub-standard job.. if we do we take responsibility for our errors and omissions and correct them quickly.

Our goal is No Deficiencies on sites

We are professional with our language – we don’t have time to work with contractors that beat up sub-trades in order to make a fair profit.

Our Team leaders are professional glaziers by trade and will be ready to perform work according to the contracts we sign.

We will be upfront, honest and will not take on work that’s not profitable or that we believe we can’t do a professional job of for our repeat client base.

We will read your contracts and you can expect we will bill as per the contracts that we’ve signed.

We will invoice your company for work completed on time and as per instructions and expect to be paid when due

We will provide a detailed estimate and we will do our best to provide the best supplier pricing available and recommend ways the customer

We will not participate in unfair pricing for work we perform. We price accordingly and remain a profitable company because we only work for profit.

We do it right to ensure we won’t be called back later and we warranty our work with the intention of No Call backs on installation

No accidents – safety is always top of mind and enforced.

We do not cut corners on site equipment or maintaining our tools and equipment.

We are fair, trustworthy and our people will always clean up their sites, keep peace with the tradesmen, and do a good job so we continue to keep strong relationships for the long term.
