If you still haven’t received anything after 15 minutes, it’s possible an incorrect email address may have been submitted. In this case, simply email info@centennialglass.com with the subject: Shower Quote Not Received, and include your name and phone number for easy cross-reference. We will then forward you our copy for your review.

Review Your Quote Request Summary

Please double-check all details listed in your request summary email. If you find a mistake or need to make a change, simply email info@centennialglass.com with the subject: Shower Quote Changes, and include your name and phone number for easy cross-reference.

Centennial Review

A Centennial shower specialist will review your request within 24 to 48 hours then email you to acknowledge receipt along with any questions that require clarification.

A time will then be scheduled for both parties to talk on the phone if needed to clarify all parameters for how your shower project should be properly handled.

Once all details are solid, a preliminary quote will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours.

Scheduling A Site Estimator Visit

As soon as we learn the “site ready date” determined by your subcontractor for your shower glass and hardware installation, a Centennial Estimator will then be booked to inspect the job site, take final measurements, and prepare the final quotation.

Barring any unforeseen issues, your quote should remain pretty much “as is” and your final quote will be issued on the spot or within 24 hours. If our estimator finds major discrepancies onsite, or if the area is not “site ready” for final measurement, additional time will be required to produce the final quotation.

Deposit, Fabrication & Installation

A 50% deposit is required for Centennial to generate your work order and order all materials for the job. Payment may be made by cheque made out to “Centennial Glass” or by credit card in person or over the phone.

Depending on the complexity of the shower components (cut outs, hardware selection, etc.) it then takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive all components, fabricate, and complete the installation but be aware every project timeline varies with each set of custom parameters.
